The kit includes

Instructions and electronic media come in a compact folder that can be displayed in a brochure rack
in municipal information centers and mailed in a standard envelope.
An initial supply of all printed documents — instructions, forms and charts —
are supplied for users who may not have a computer or who want follow the process and fill
out the forms manually. These printed sets can be reordered from us on a need basis.
Alternatively, we recommend installing a "master" CD on the municipality's
computer system so that forms and instructions can also be printed and distributed for the
non-computerized business or resident that may require the packet.
